A roll of film & the city

I found a random picture folder in my files in a place on my computer it shouldn’t have been, which I had completely forgotten about. I loved looking at these photographs I shot on a roll of Ektar 100 film (my favorite). I had taken them at a nice point in my life. I had just gotten settled into a new job, I was working and living in the city that I had been wanting to live in for a long time… Things were new for me. It was a time for fresh starts.

I had gone for a walk around Salt Lake City after I had gotten off work taking pictures and just enjoying myself. I miss that moment in my life. I was completely free and I remember feeling refreshed and excited…excited about the unknown… These pictures don’t show really express that, but when I look at them, it takes me right back to that day and I remember the things I was feeling.
